I found the staff quite polite and helpful. the single room i booked became a double-bed room. This was a nice surprise. check-in took only two minutes, i appreciated the quick service. several shops and bus stops were nearby.

I noticed they did not provide basic hand soap in the bathroom. i consider it unhygienic. I bought one nearby. parking was also an issue.

the hotel offered a breakfast buffet each morning in the dining area. it included scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and a selection of cereals. fresh fruit and juices were also available.

the reception desk remained open 24 hours. staff were able to assist with directions. they also managed luggage storage before check-in and after checkout efficiently.

The hotel's location proved very convenient. Several food shops were close by. I found different car parks within a short walk. I appreciated the easy access and the overall value (it was a good price!).

The parking situation was not super clear. I had to pay for parking in a nearby car park and it wasn't immediately obvious.

the hotel room had a silent air-conditioning unit, which i appreciated. i also found the hot water pressure in the shower to be lovely and strong. free wifi was available and worked perfectly . i found the restaurant downstairs to be very inviting and the food was AMAZING!!!

The room felt slightly cramped. I could barely walk around.
