I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It's perfect with everything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Michelle and Craig were amazing hosts. I would definitely recommend staying here, and if I ever visit Leicester again, I will go back. Thank you!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very comfortable and had everything I needed, from AC to TV and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff was fantastic, making my experience perfect. The smoking area on the rooftop was a nice touch, offering a peaceful and quiet spot to relax. Everything was just perfect, except for the tiny sink inside the bedroom.
When we arrived, the hotel had a very strong smell as if someone had just left, but the rooms were not dark. It was quite noisy until late into the night, which was a downside. Overall, the service was excellent, the location was convenient right between the city center and the golden mile, and the dining was average with limited breakfast options.
